  • Portfolio tracking and management tools
  • Market analysis dashboards and insights

  • Radial graphs, sunburst charts, and 3D sphere visualizations

Subscription & Payments

Free Tier

Basic access to visualization tools and limited portfolio tracking is available at no cost.

Pro Subscription

  • Billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with notice
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancel anytime through your account settings

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of billing for refund requests.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission
  • Redistribute or resell our visualizations or data
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or security
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Use automated systems to access the Service excessively

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, including its visual engine, design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by Agentiq Capital, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of portfolio data you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data to provide the Service.

Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, market data provided through our platform:

  • May be delayed (not real-time)
  • Is sourced from third-party providers (Polygon.io)
  • Should be verified independently before making decisions
  • May contain errors or omissions

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Agentiq Capital, Inc. regarding the Service.
